The court system will be plagued by nuisance lawsuits.

First: The cost of prosecuting the case will be a disincentive for filing nuisance lawsuits against public servants. The elimination of taxpayer paid prosecution shifts the full cost of prosecution to the plaintiff. Regardless of the verdict, there will be no reimbursement of this cost.

Second: The jurors on the People’s Grand Jury will represent a true cross section of the population, and will not be driven by a hostile ideology. The people of this country typically make the just decisions when presented with the evidence.

If public servants base their actions on Constitutional principles they have nothing to fear. If they rule by their discretion, outside Constitutional authority, they should rightly fear this jury.
